Certain features (enrollment, clinical intake, messaging clinicians, prescriptions) live on our separate secure platform, governed by its own terms, consent documents, and Notice of Privacy Practices presented to you there. You must be accurate and truthful in information you provide there; inaccurate information can be unsafe and may lead to refusal of service.
