The short version: this website is a marketing website. It is deliberately built so that you never have to type health information into it. Clinical information is collected only on our separate secure enrollment platform, which is designed to meet HIPAA requirements. Questions about your health go there — not here.

1. Who we are

This notice describes how FutureNowRx handles information collected through this public website (futurenowrx.com). It applies to browsing, page analytics, and the general (non-clinical) contact form. It does not describe the privacy practices of the secure enrollment platform or the telehealth services themselves — those are described in documents you review and agree to during enrollment, before any clinical information is requested.

2. What this website collects — and what it never collects

What we collect on this website

Contact details you choose to share on the general contact form: first name, last name, email, phone, state, the care area you're interested in, and an optional message.
Marketing preference: whether you checked the box agreeing to receive marketing emails.
Basic technical data: anonymized (hashed) IP address, browser user-agent, and which page the form was submitted from.
Aggregate analytics (if enabled): anonymous, aggregated usage statistics such as which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. We use these numbers to improve the website.

What we do not collect on this website

No symptoms, diagnoses, medications, lab results, or any clinical details.
No insurance numbers, Social Security numbers, or payment card data.
No health-related quiz answers. The eligibility quiz on this website runs entirely in your browser and its answers are never transmitted to us.

Privacy by architecture. The contact form on this site includes automated guardrails: messages that appear to contain clinical details are blocked and you are redirected to the secure platform instead. This is intentional. It keeps this website outside the flow of protected health information.

3. The secure enrollment platform is different

When you click a button like Continue to secure enrollment, you leave this website and enter our separate secure enrollment platform. That platform is designed to meet the administrative, physical, and technical safeguards required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). On that platform you will be presented with a Notice of Privacy Practices that describes how protected health information is used and disclosed, and the permissions you grant there are separate from this notice.

4. How we use contact-form information

To respond to your question or request (typically within one business day).
To let you know about the specific care area you asked about.
To send occasional service updates — only if you checked the marketing consent box. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe.

5. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share contact-form details with advertisers or data brokers.
We do not use health information for advertising — that data never touches this website.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies strictly needed for the site to function (such as a session cookie for form security). If website analytics are enabled, they are configured for aggregate measurement only and are not used to build individual advertising profiles. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; the site will continue to work.

7. How long we keep contact details

Contact-form records are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward (for example, to respect opt-out requests), then they are deleted or archived per our retention schedule.
