The quiz asks a few non-identifying questions — your state, age range, and the areas you are interested in. It is 100% in your browser: nothing is submitted or stored on this website until you choose to continue to secure enrollment.

Telehealth rules and provider licensure vary by state. Knowing your state lets us confirm we can serve you before you spend time on intake.

Age under 18, being outside our licensed states, or health histories where remote prescribing is not safe. If you are not eligible, we will tell you plainly and suggest alternatives.

No. The quiz runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your answers never touch our marketing servers. Clinical intake happens on the separate HIPAA-eligible enrollment platform.
