1. Our commitment

FutureNowRx complies with applicable federal civil-rights laws and provides care without discrimination or exclusion on the basis of:

2. Language assistance

Free language-assistance services are available to people whose primary language is not English. This includes qualified interpretation for clinical conversations and translation of vital documents, at no cost to you. To request language assistance, contact (888) 555-0142 or support@futurenowrx.com, or ask in your patient account on the secure platform.

3. Auxiliary aids and reasonable accommodations

We provide free auxiliary aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us — for example, large-print materials, help navigating the platform, or alternative formats. If you need an accommodation to use our services, tell us and we will work with you to provide it.

4. Filing a grievance

If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination, you may file a grievance with us:

Submit your grievance as soon as possible, ideally within 60 days of the incident. Include your name, address, phone number, and a description of what happened. We will acknowledge receipt promptly and investigate; you will not be retaliated against for filing.

5. External complaint options

You may also file a civil-rights complaint directly with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, through its website or by mail. Complaints with the Office for Civil Rights generally should be filed within 180 days of the incident.

6. Accessibility of this website

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines on this website: semantic HTML, keyboard navigability, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, reduced-motion support, and alternative text for meaningful images. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@futurenowrx.com and we will fix it and respond with the content you need in the meantime.
